Semi-automatic capsule liquid filling machine with automatic turntable (new configuration) CapCN-Semi is suitable for filling liquid material. This machine is composed of feeding and turning separation mechanism, filling mechanism, locking mechanism, frequency conversion speed regulation mechanism, pneumatic control, electrical control system, protection device and other components, as well as vacuum pump and air pump accessories.

    Capsule loading mechanism

 

The mechanism is to insert the hollow capsules from the hopper into the capsule feeding tube, and there is a reed switch under the capsule feeding tube. When the capsule loading tube is driven by the eccentric wheel and falls to the bottom, the reed switch presses the capsule loading switch and then opens, then a row of capsules is released.

 

 

 Filling mechanism

The function of this mechanism is to pump the liquid in the material storage barrel by the peristaltic pump and transport it to the hole of the die plate through the feeding pipe.

 

 

   Locking mechanism

 

The mechanism first moves the pin plate to the discharge hopper, translates the liquid -filled capsule mold plate (upper and lower molds are closed) to the pin plate bracket and swings slightly so that the pin head enters the mold hole, then fastens the fixed powder, pushes it horizontally to the bottom end of the panel, and control the capsule locking through the switch.
